The Boston Globe - Sunday, July 4, 1993 A hands-on exhibit on dinosaur science By Milva DiDomizio Norfolk – Dinosaur expert Nancy Walker will turn the Stony Brook Nature Center into a "Jurassic Park" of sorts next weekend for a family program titled "Dinosaur Fossil Hunt." The two-hour session will allow families to work together as a team of paleontologists, searching the sanctuary's grounds for dinosaur "bones," then going indoors to reconstruct the skeleton. Walker will discuss the paleontologist's craft, exploring how to identify living environments, eating habits and more. After assembling the skeleton, family teams may trace it onto a piece of paper and paint it however they choose. The program will run from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday and space is limited, but Stony Brook will create new sessions on demand. The Nature Center, which is a Massachusetts Audubon Sanctuary, is at 108 North St. in Norfolk.
