The final reconstruction of Hypsilophodon in the eyes of a second grade class. The dinosaur was cut out and placed on the mural with a background consisting of a volcano, mountains, other dinosaurs and flying reptiles. On the ground under Hypsilophodon are dinosaur eggs hatching. This teacher decided to use one dinosaur with the whole class. Other teachers have used all four kits (3 dinosaurs, 1 marine reptile) with their class. They divided the class into four groups with each group going through the same process but with a different skeleton.

Examples of other reconstructed dinosaur and marine reptile murals.
